Join us for a gala screening of "California Forever" - an important documentary celebrating the beauty, drama and sweeping history of California State Parks - the most magnificent and diverse collections of State Parks in the nation. Several portions of this film were shot in Calaveras Big Trees State Park.

Meet the Director, Academy Award nominated David Vassar, and Producer, Sally Kaplan of Backcountry Pictures.

This documentary will be aired on PBS stations in April. Be among the first to experience this amazing film.

Dignitaries and guests will enjoy a variety of Calaveras Counties' finest wines, accompanied by gourmet hor d'oeuvres and desserts.

CALAVERAS BIG TREES ASSOCIATION

The Calaveras Big Trees Association was founded in 1974 by a new group of interested people with a revised purpose: as a private, non-profit, charitable 501(c)(3) corporation to support the interpretive and environmental educational programs at Calaveras Big Trees State Park. These programs enable visitors to understand, appreciate, conserve, enjoy and explore Calaveras Big Trees State Park. CBTA uses membership fees, donations and fundraising to accomplish this mission. Membership is open to individuals, families, and businesses. The board members are all volunteers.
